Ms Elisabeth Balz managed our company restaurant with a turnover of more than 1000 meals per day for many years. During her employment in our house the restaurant was completely renovated. Ms Balz was instrumental during the planning and implementation phase. Her involvement included the recreation of the guest room as well as the new concept of the kitchen and the entire logistics. Her profound management knowledge was a great asset. Most of her suggestions and ideas were implemented successfully and the new company restaurant started operating timeously and without any major startup problems.
